Our story

It started with a rescue named Rosie.

Before she was 15 months old, Rosie had already lived in six homes. She came to us from a shelter. Matted, sore, covered in skin infections, and shut down. She'd been left in a front yard like an ornament. No walks. No warmth. No one to belong to.

And when no one wanted her anymore, she was dumped.

The day I brought her home, I made her a promise: from here on, your life is going to be wonderful.

Rosie holds onto that promise tight. She sticks to me like glue, as if she's making up for all the love she went without.

The moment it's made for

You reach for your keys, and the whole room changes. The pacing. The eyes at the door. The sound they make when they think you're not coming back.

When I leave the house, the old fear finds her again. She howls at the door, sure she's been left behind for good. It isn't bad behaviour. It's a dog only just learning that love can stay.

She doesn't know if you're ever coming back.

Why it exists

So we made something for her.

I went looking for something to help Rosie feel calmer in those moments, and I couldn't find it. Everything was either medication, or a tub of preservatives and fillers dressed up as "calming."

I didn't want to sedate her. I just wanted something gentle and honest. Real, healthy, minimal ingredients that could take the edge off and help her feel safe.

When I couldn't find it, I made it. For Rosie first, and now for every dog like her.

One ingredient we'll explain

Coconut-derived glycerine keeps the chew soft. It's the only processed thing in here, and there's no natural alternative that works. We'd rather tell you than hide it behind a nicer word.
